PR Medical Events provides group hotel accommodation and delegate logistics for pharmaceutical companies and their appointed travel and meetings partners attending MICCAI 2028 conference. Accommodation is arranged according to each group’s requirements, taking into account location, budget, travel dates and applicable pharmaceutical hospitality and Fair Market Value (FMV) requirements.

Throughout the programme, we oversee accommodation arrangements and coordinate with hotels to manage changes, deadlines and contractual commitments, helping clients maintain control over costs and reduce the administrative burden on their teams.
