Group accommodation for EASL 2025
The Annual International Congress of the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL 2025) brings the Gastroenterology community to Amsterdam, 7 – 10 May, 2025. PR Medical Events secures hotel room blocks near the congress venue for attending HCP groups, contracting directly with hotels.
PR Medical Events provides group hotel accommodation and delegate logistics for pharmaceutical companies and their appointed travel and meetings partners attending EASL 2025 congress. Accommodation is arranged according to each group’s requirements, taking into account location, budget, travel dates and applicable pharmaceutical hospitality and Fair Market Value (FMV) requirements.
Our services extend from hotel reservations and contractual management to room allocations, rooming lists and delegate changes. Throughout the programme, we oversee accommodation arrangements and coordinate with hotels to manage changes, deadlines and contractual commitments, helping clients maintain control over costs and reduce the administrative burden on their teams.
Airport transfers, congress registration and badge collection, on-site delegate assistance and associated meetings can be coordinated alongside accommodation, providing a single point of contact for the different elements of the programme. PR Medical Events has specialised in city-wide medical congress accommodation and logistics since 2013.
