PR Medical Events provides group hotel accommodation and delegate logistics for pharmaceutical companies and their appointed travel and meetings partners attending ESH 2026 meeting. Accommodation is arranged according to each group’s requirements, taking into account location, budget, travel dates and applicable pharmaceutical hospitality and Fair Market Value (FMV) requirements.

Our services extend from hotel reservations and contractual management to room allocations, rooming lists and delegate changes. Throughout the programme, we oversee accommodation arrangements and coordinate with hotels to manage changes, deadlines and contractual commitments, helping clients maintain control over costs and reduce the administrative burden on their teams.

Airport transfers, congress registration and badge collection, on-site delegate assistance and associated meetings can be coordinated alongside accommodation, providing a single point of contact for the different elements of the programme.
